John McCabe
Founder, Strategic LeadershipJohn has spent more than 30 years in direct and channel sales across technology and cybersecurity. He has designed and built channel, alliance, and MSSP programs as a channel leader at FireEye, Cofense, Axonius, XM Cyber, Fidelis Cybersecurity, ThirdPartyTrust, SafeGuard Cyber, and ExtraHop. At FireEye he built the MSSP practice from the ground up. At XM Cyber he stood up a global partner network spanning North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
At PAG he leads ecosystem architecture, partner program design, and the operating frameworks that make a channel motion repeatable instead of personality-driven. He also created PartnerBOT.ai and is an Expert in Residence at Partnership Leaders.
Jeff Lennon
Tactical Execution, Co-FounderJeff has spent more than 25 years building partnerships and ecosystems across cybersecurity, cloud, and GRC. He was VP of Channel Sales and Strategic Alliances at Fidelis Cybersecurity, and has led channel and alliance motions at FireEye, ExtraHop, PacketWatch, and EMC. He earned Chairman's Club at EMC in 2013 and 2014, and President's Club at FireEye in 2017 and 2018 and at ExtraHop in 2019. His GRC roots go back to leading GRC solutions at Xybion, and he co-founded a technology company early in his career.
At PAG he runs the field side of the engine: partner activation, alliance development, outbound execution, and U.S. market acceleration. He's the one in the room with partners and in the pipeline reviews, not the one who hands over a deck and disappears.
